At UZU, I led the entire process from brand creation and visual identity to the development of the marketplace and CRM. My goal was to push creative boundaries, delivering user-friendly and impactful designs that balance aesthetics, usability, and innovation. The main challenge was adapting the usufruct property model — a complex legal system — to be accessible and trustworthy for the Portuguese market, combining clear UX, legal transparency, and a seamless digital experience.
The result is a cohesive ecosystem, from brand to platform, that makes a complex model like usufruct simple, clear, and human-centered.
